Clients may return the any purchased product within 15 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Due to hygiene and health regulations, used products - including supplements an wearable items - are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the issue. We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no cost.
